Tongliao DC  will build a zero-carbon industrial park with government support, with a construction area of about 800,000 m2. 10 GWh production line will be done till DEC, 2023 and another  10 GWh is expected to be done in 2024. Cooperative manufacturers of cathode materials and anode materials have been introduced in the park, which has effectively solved the problem of raw material supply.


The Government of Kezuohouqi City gave 60,000 Acres land for wind energy and solar energy installation and 5,000 Acres of industrial land.   Estimated to construction of 4 GW of Photovoltaic-Wind power projects and 6 GWh shared Energy Storage Power Stations; 

 The State Power Investment Corporation Limited (herein after referred to as "SPIC") branch Fujian Electric Power Co., Ltd. is responsible for the investment and construction of localized microgrids such as Wind energy, Photovoltaic power plants and Energy Storage Power Stations, with an estimated investment of 17.0 billion yuan (RMB). 

SPIC Fujian Electric Power Co., Ltd., Beijing Jinzun Keyi New Energy Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Establishment Fund, Beijing Goldwind Technology, Kezuohouqi City Investment Platform, will co-apply for National Special Bonds and General bonds, investing (5 billion yuan) in the construction of Solid-state Battery production lines; 

Jilin Dongchi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the construction and investment of the Electric Load, with a load capacity of 7.0 billion KWh. 

The local government is responsible for the construction of Low-carbon industrial parks and chemical parks, and the expropriation of land for Wind energy Photovoltaic power plants; 

The total investment of the project is more than 30 billion yuan in five years, the output value is 50 billion yuan, and the profit and tax is more than 10 billion yuan;
